Reiki is a relaxing complementary therapy where you will be treated as a whole, promoting a sense of overall wellbeing. It is a form of energy healing where you will draw energy, with no conscious effort on your part, creating a greater inner harmony and balance. The benefits of Reiki healing may be felt on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level and regular Reiki treatments can promote a calmer response to life's challenges. Reiki healing transcends space and time meaning a healing can be sent at a time to suit you whilst you remain in the comfort of your own home, wherever you may be located. An ideal option if an in-person treatment isn't practical for you. Gemma works intuitively with the flow of energy, allowing you to subconsciously pull Reiki energy where it is most needed. Even though the healing is received distantly, you may still experience a sensation of warmth, coolness, see colours or images or simply just feel relaxed and at peace. On occasion initial symptoms may feel briefly heightened or you may experience a brief emotional release during your treatment and this is simply a sign of clearing what needs to be released. Cancellation Policy

Please contact Gemma as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • We provide full refunds for paid services that are cancelled at least 72 hours before the services were originally scheduled to be provided. • Paid services cancelled with 48-72 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund. • Paid services cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded, but we are happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Please note that no refund will be provided for rescheduled appointments that are subsequently cancelled. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will: - • Endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. • Provide options for an alternative appointment time, or suggest an alternative therapist where appropriate. • Arrange a refund for paid services that have not been provided if an alternative appointment is not practicable.
