Crystal Therapy is a gentle, holistic energy therapy that aims to assist in rebalancing energy flows through a person’s body and wider energy field with the support of appropriate crystal energies. Gemma treats each client as a whole person and as such, clients can feel relaxed both during and after treatment sessions and feel a sense of improved wellbeing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Receiving a distant Crystal Therapy treatment is a great option whenever an in-person treatment isn't practical. Following an initial consultation, Gemma will tailor your treatment to your individual needs. The healing is generally received more gently than an in-person treatment and can be arranged to be received at a time that suits you, whilst you relax in the comfort of your own home. You may still experience sensations of warmth, coolness, see colours or images or simply just feel relaxed and at peace as the crystal energies work with your own energy field. On occasion initial symptoms may feel briefly heightened or you may experience a brief emotional release as you receive your treatment and this is simply a sign of clearing what needs to be released. In the days following your treatment you may find that you feel more relaxed, a sense of inner calm with improved clarity of thought, enabling you to feel better able to approach life's daily challenges. Regular treatments may assist you in feeling that your energy continues to be supported when you need it. Cancellation Policy

Please contact Gemma as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • We provide full refunds for paid services that are cancelled at least 72 hours before the services were originally scheduled to be provided. • Paid services cancelled with 48-72 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund. • Paid services cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded, but we are happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Please note that no refund will be provided for rescheduled appointments that are subsequently cancelled. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will: - • Endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. • Provide options for an alternative appointment time, or suggest an alternative therapist where appropriate. • Arrange a refund for paid services that have not been provided if an alternative appointment is not practicable.
