Service Description

If you've not had a treatment session with Gemma before, but want to find out more information about how Gemma can help you, then please make an initial discovery call appointment. This will allow you to find out a bit more about the sessions Gemma offers and to discuss what treatment may be most appropriate for your individual needs at this time. There's no obligation to book an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact Gemma as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • We provide full refunds for paid services that are cancelled at least 72 hours before the services were originally scheduled to be provided. • Paid services cancelled with 48-72 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund. • Paid services cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded, but we are happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Please note that no refund will be provided for rescheduled appointments that are subsequently cancelled. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will: - • Endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. • Provide options for an alternative appointment time, or suggest an alternative therapist where appropriate. • Arrange a refund for paid services that have not been provided if an alternative appointment is not practicable.
