An ideal and relaxing starter treatment to explore the benefits of crystal energies in supporting your own wellbeing, or as a regular self-care treatment. Following an initial consultation, your chakras will be assessed and your treatment will be tailored to your individual needs. Crystals appropriate for you will be placed on and near to your body, assisting with rebalancing the flow of energy (Chi) through key energy centres within your body (known as chakras) and supporting a healthy auric field. You will remain fully clothed and will be treated as a whole person, meaning you may feel positive benefits on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, promoting a sense of overall wellbeing. During your treatment you may feel sensations of warmth, coolness, see colours or images or simply just feel relaxed and at peace as the crystal energies work with your own energy field. On occasion initial symptoms may feel briefly heightened or you may experience a brief emotional release during your treatment and this is simply a sign of clearing what needs to be released. In the days following your treatment you may find that you feel more relaxed, a sense of inner calm with improved clarity of thought, enabling you to feel better able to approach life's daily challenges. Cancellation Policy

Please contact Gemma as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • We provide full refunds for paid services that are cancelled at least 72 hours before the services were originally scheduled to be provided. • Paid services cancelled with 48-72 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund. • Paid services cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded, but we are happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Please note that no refund will be provided for rescheduled appointments that are subsequently cancelled. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will: - • Endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. • Provide options for an alternative appointment time, or suggest an alternative therapist where appropriate. • Arrange a refund for paid services that have not been provided if an alternative appointment is not practicable.
